SINGLE TANK SYSTEM WITH LIFTING DOORS CLEANING SYSTEM FOR BULK MATERIALS AND SPECIAL PARTS The BUPI CLEANER® POWERTEC RSS series is characterized by its space-saving, compact design and simple operation. Large parts to be cleaned are loaded into the cleaning system manually or automatically. Pallet cages or Euro pallets rotate horizontally in the system during the cleaning process. They are cleaned and rinsed from three sides under high pressure and with a high flow rate of hot cleaning medium. The RSS series is equipped as standard with vapor extraction, level control, fine filter, basket lock, and water treatment. To load and unload additional mesh or Euro pallets during the cleaning process concurrently with the main time, the system can be loaded and unloaded using several feed trolleys. This almost doubles the capacity of the system.
